How to Delete Your Coven Account & Data

At Coven Platform, you have complete ownership and control over your account and personal information. If you ever choose to leave the platform, here is everything you need to know about deleting your account and data.

📱 How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

Deleting your account takes less than 30 seconds directly inside the Android app:

1. Open Menu: Open the Coven app and tap the Menu (☰) icon in the top left.
2. Go to Profile: Select Profile from the navigation drawer.
3. Locate Account Settings: Scroll down to the Account Settings card.
4. Confirm Deletion: Tap Delete Account (7-Day Grace Period) and confirm your choice in the popup prompt.

🕒 The 7-Day Safety Grace Period

To protect you against accidental deletions or unauthorized access:

• When you tap delete, your account is placed into a 7-Day Scheduled Deletion Period (scheduled_deletion_at).
• Changed your mind? Simply log back into the Coven app anytime within those 7 days and tap Cancel Deletion & Keep Account on your profile banner to restore your account instantly.
• Once the 7 days elapse without login, your deletion is automatically finalized and irreversible.
